The Story Behind Cattoria
For years, my life revolved around screens, endless deadlines, and a digital world I had poured so much of myself into. I thought I could keep going like that. Then came a breaking point, a series of devastating losses, made even harder by the malice behind them. They drained my energy, left me feeling cornered, and shook everything I thought I could rely on.
I was burnt out. Completely exhausted, with nothing left to give. I found myself surrounded by a chaos I hadn’t created and couldn’t control.
In that quiet desperation, I had no energy left to fight what was happening around me. I had to turn inward. I needed to heal, but I had no idea where to begin.
That was when gemstones entered my life. At first, I was simply looking for something real. Something I could hold in my hands. But when I began touching them, feeling their weight and texture, and sensing their raw, quiet frequencies, something inside me started to shift. It wasn’t magic. It was the beginning of finding my way back to myself. Slowly, stone by stone, I began to feel alive again.
I wanted to keep them close, to carry them with me wherever I went, so I started creating pieces I could wear. Working with stones became my meditation. They brought me back to the earth, back to my body, back to the present moment. In a world that had left me feeling numb, they taught me how to feel again. They helped loosen the knots in my chest, quiet the noise in my mind, and listen to what I had been trying to tell myself all along.
Through them, I began finding my way back. I felt the earth’s energy meeting mine, reminding me that I belonged here, too. I wasn’t just a machine built to survive deadlines, constantly pushing through one thing after another. I was a living, breathing soul. And whenever I held a stone that felt right to me, I felt a quiet certainty that I was finally moving in the right direction.
Cattoria was born from that awakening. It wasn’t built around a business plan or a carefully mapped-out future. It grew out of survival, healing, and the decision to leave behind what was hurting me and begin again from absolute zero.
